Efva Attling gjorde sitt första smycke när hon bara var elva år gammal. Vid 16 års ålder var hon lärling hos en av Sveriges största silversmeder. Efter att ha gjort karriär som modell, sångerska m.m. gick Efva Attling 1996 tillbaka till sina rötter - att arbeta med silver, guld och ädla stenar. Efva Attlings specialitet är att leka med ord och uttryck. Detta ger smycken ytterligare en dimension. "Som jag brukade skriva texter, vill jag fortfarande beröra människor med ord. Jag kallar min design "Beauty with a Though" – ”skönhet med en tanke”, säger Efva.
